Union Standard Production Time Table

Detailed Step by Step Process Description

1. When you submit a quote request to Union Standard you can be assured that your request will be handled in a professional manner and given the utmost of attention from all Union Standard representatives involved. Your request will be reviewed for details to make sure that we have all the information necessary to give you a complete quote.

2. Once your request is reviewed and all information verified, it will be submitted for quoting and comments from the Union Standard product specialists(this normally takes place within 24 hrs of request receipt).

3. When we hear back from our ceramic specialists and engineers, the quote will be submitted to you.

4. If desired a sample piece will be produced (sample fee applies) and shipped to you for quality verification and approval. This sample will be designed to your specifications and have the finished look and feel you desire.

5. Upon your signed sample approval, Union Standard will begin production of the product. As production is completed the product will be shipped to the specified destination.

6. At Union Standard we do not view our work complete until you are satisfied. We will continue to work for you through container shipment and product receipt. Site visitation will be arranged for orders requiring and justifying this type of service. We will also work with you to resolve any product or shipment related issues.
